Bathroom Wall Cladding
Although cladding is a flexible product which can be used throughout the home, it is in bathrooms where it comes into its own. Tiles have always been the "go to" product in the past but customers wanted a product with less maintenance and so bathroom wall cladding came on to the market. Although it is not a new product, not everyone is familiar with this innovative, waterproof panelling which is a shame as it has been on the market for over 20 years.
Where it scores highly over tiles is in its ability to installed without the need for expensive preparation. As long as the bathroom walls are relatively flat the cladding can be installed over whatever surface is present: plaster, plasterboard, brick or blockwork. It can even be fitted over existing tiles negating the need for hacking off and all of the associated mess and dust. As it is waterproof it can also be used as a shower cladding.
